Come check out the trails at Caw Caw County Park with Sam!
There's a wide variety of beautiful trails to explore. We'll do the outer loop that's 3.6 miles because it takes you through all the different ecosystems but there's a variety of trails to pick from if you'd like something shorter.
Admission is $2 or free with a gold pass
After you park head to the outside of the interpretive center and we'll meet there and head out. Bathrooms on site
Runs are free and open to the public and all paces. You can officially join the Lowcountry Trail Runners Club and take advantage of discounts like 15% off all Palmetto Ultras races and 10% off nutrition coaching with Endurance Nutrition and much more!
