About the event
We'll be running the 16 mile loop that makes up the Frozen:H3 course. This is a great time to come check out the course and get pointers from those who have ran this before. There are no water stops on this loop so please plan to bring all water and nutrition that you'll need. Bright colors are recommended as it is hunting season and we are running through the Francis Marion National Forest. If you don't want to tackle 16 miles we would still love for you to come out! You can run an out and back and run as many miles as you'd like.
Group Trail Runs are always free and open to the public. We welcome all paces and experience levels!
