About the event
Come out and run/walk/ruck an out and back on the Swamp Fox Passage of the Palmetto Trail. The plan will be to head out 3 miles and then return but because it's an out and back you can turn around earlier or head out for even more miles.
Meet Anthony at 730AM at the Highway 17A Trailhead in Bonneau
This section of the Swamp Fox Passage is probably my favorite (it's hard to pick!). About a mile into the run you'll go over Wabdoo Creek and see remnants of rice fields/dikes.
Bring water/electrolytes/sunscreen/bug spray
There is a parking lot
These runs are free and open to the public and all paces/experience levels! Whether it's your first time on the trail or if you've been doing this forever----we want to see you there!
